Alright, I haven't done a critique in a while, so sorry if I'm out of practice. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/a/a…" width="19" height="19" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="417" title="Sweating a little..."/>
With that said, this may sound weird, but the first thing I want to talk about here is the song choice. As an Alice Cooper fan who only recently got into My Little Pony, I had my doubts about how Cooper's song "Poison" could fit in with MLP; however, I was surprised to find that it was, in fact, a very fitting song for this picture, so thumbs up for that.
Now onto the picture itself. Where do I begin? You seem to have put a lot of detail into drawing Princess Luna, especially in her eye and the flower she's holding, which I'm assuming is poison joke. The coloring and shading are also great, giving a certain feel to the picture that is hard to describe. I do have to question, though, why her mane is translucent. In the show, I never saw her with a translucent mane. If you're trying to catch the ethereal feel of flowing, I might recommend experimenting a little more with different techniques of portraying that.
But overall, I think this is a well-drawn, beautifully painted piece of artwork, and it certainly fits the song it's named after. I wish you well in your artistic endeavors. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
